I've had situations where I never got a letter... They just keep yo stuff sometimes if it's only a small amount.

yup sometimes customs doesnt send them on purpose because they know that you will be able to get a reshipment if they send it to you.

i am going through that right now. just ordered some Var like 7 weeks ago, but have gotten nothing. the place was recommended and seems legit because they always answer my e-mails right away. i figure if they were scamming me, they wouldn't bother. totally sucks because its messing up my timing.
