Hey so im doing deca and bold with my friend. i read that anything past .8ml with bold a week and you get diminishing returns. for a first cycle how much deca should i be doing? im gonna also throw test into the mix once i can get my hands on it.

You shouldn't even starting this cycle till you have test. Test is the base of all cycles.
0.8ml means nothing, what about dosages?
