i am 37, 200 6'4" roughly 12% bf and about to start a cycle and would like some advice

50 mg d-bol and 50 mg winstrol /4wk on 2 wk off 4 wks on 2 off
500 tess E week /for 12 weeks
nolvadex? how much and when

dbol 50mgs ed weeks 1-4
test e 500mgs/week 1-12
winny 50mgs ed weeks 6-12.

thats how i would run it personally.

start running you pct 2 weeks after last test injection. i would have more than nolva though. get you an AI and some clomid.

i was going to get clomid as well so do both nolva and clomid 2 weeks after last injection

i wouldnt. running dbol and winny at the same time is counter productive in my opinion. dbol will give you a lot of bloat that you dont want to have at the end of your cycle. just stick with it as a kick start.
