it looks good by me. I would change meal 7 to a pro/carb meal though.

are you going to be doing cardio? i find that if i am trying to maintain a body fat percentage while gaining strength and size in the gym, i do morning cardio.

your protien intake is a bit high. stay around 375 grams/day on work out days and 325 on non-workout days.
Meal 7 shouldn't have any fat even good fat, therefore, no salmon, stick to LEAN protien, you can switch your preworkout meal to the post workout.
Doing cutting, stay away from dairy even if it is fat free.

one comment i have on ur cycle, the IGF would be a waste weeks 1-4
you should use towards the end to increase ur BF% loss and give u a nice pump.

nova, when doing a lean bulk (like I will be doing) how many days do you recommend doing cardio, either am or PWO?

I don't want to burn any muscle but definitely want to maintain bodyfat and gain strength!
    Thanks bro!

generally, i do it for health as well as holding off any fat gain that occurs in response to building tissue. plus i look much much harder if i do cardio. i usually do it 4-5 days a week in the morning, but I usually up my cals a bit on those days because I'll also be lifting later.

oh ok, ya i was thinking at least 4 days a week PWO for 20-30min and try to hit it in the am if i miss PWO.

    Thanks nova!
