You have an odd amount on gear and not enough of either to run a decent cycle
I am guessing you are planning on running 1cc of each for 10 weeks....which would be a bad Idea.

im doing 1ml of each vial per week, as its my 1st cycle, i did my 1st shot today, within about 2 mins i went really dizzy, it wore off after about a minute, is this because i have to get use to it? my friend is doing the same and said he had a slight dizzy spell too.

is this a good cycle to start off with? or should i half the dosage of each shot and do it twice per week?

The dizziness could be either your blood sugar dropping due to being scared of needles, or it could be a boost in blood pressure from the AAS. If you think you have a problem with blood pressure you can get your vital signs checked for free at walmart.

think its prob me being scared of needles, i need to man up a bit. for my pct i was gonna run clomid and nova for 5 weeks + arimidex cycle long.
will i get the dizzy spells again next time do you think?

Drink or eat something with a lot of sugar in it before your next injection and it will help raise your blood sugar, thus making it harder to get dizzy or pass out.

this is not a good starter cycle.
you should have done some research before even starting a cycle what your stats? what do you have for a PCT?
