small ball-like lump under my nipple

For about a month on cycle I've felt a very small ball-like lump right under my nipple. It's a little painfull and only on one side.
My last shot was about 2 weeks ago and I started anthony roberts pct.

It's really small (not visible to the eye, only when touching it) so would it be best to just do PCT and see how it's like after PCT ?

Why would I do that?

Nothing at the moment I just started anthony roberts PCT yesterday.

I know I got some gyno but it's only about 0,25 inch radius so would it really be necessary to get letro or can I also see how it is after PCT ?
