i started working out at 11. started using whey protien at 13 and had my diet down at 14.

yeah he is 14 and taking a cycle now whats wrong with that
started working out at about 13, supplements by 15 and diet wasn't until i was in my 30's... really late on that one.
didn't start till I was 21....started training seriously about 3 years ago....

did my first 'cycle' at 18 which was test but kept about 0 gains because I didn't know how to diet.
i was training young 12-13. I was a wrestler so wasnt trying to be to big. After 20 and college i changed my diet and put on about 30lbs cycled on and off since then.

are we talking working out or specifically weight training?
started when i got over my drug addiction. which was about at 20 y/o. i was actually in jail for a while. and started learning in there. then i got out and found this site. been working out and all that since then. P.S. I love this site!! hahaha
I started lifting since I was 12. I started using whey protien when I was 13, then started creatine mono when I was 14. Did my first ph cycle of 1-ad when I was 17, did my second one when I was 21 of promagnon.
If I could go back and do it all again, I would have stuck with it instead of getting frustrated with lack of results, then quiting for awhile and getting startated back up again.
I place my bet on 18 years old or so! Was I close?
I started working out properly when I was 16, I had diet supps etc down from day 1, because an older friend of mine told me what to do.
Started w/o when i was 18... 25 now AAS when i was 21

12 for lifting. 19 for supliments 23 for diet.
Did my first cycle of M1T my senior year... Did my first cycle of Test that summer... I was really late on the game to be honest with you...Most of my friends started their cycling in the beginning of junior year of high school, it was VERY VERY common. Weights are a big thing where I'm at...My boys from the NJ/NY area know exactly what im talking about here...
i did my first cycle when i was about 10 im 13 now and i have seen some nice gains wtf im just ****ing around i started about 2 years ago i was 23 and i just got my diet in check about a year ago and now i have droped almost 100 lbs of fat !
I started lifting weights at 14 for Ice Hockey and Baseball. My uncle was juiced out of his mind so he helped with my training. Did my first cycle at 20
Btw, i started training at 19, supps at 20 and dieting right...
