Have you been doing any flexibility training at all?
A lot of the time we look at what we're using as opposed to what we're doing... or not doing as may be the case here.
w/ regard to the back pumps... Your RBC count could be high...
I'd suggest giving blood.
You may have some sodium (/mineral) and water retention from the Testosterone.. I'd suggest adding an AI to your current stack.
Nothing too drastic however.
