about the Clen question...umm kinda varies from person to person
.20mcg for 3 weeks isnt alot at all..but if ur interested in stepping it up, make sure you cycle it.. 3weeks on ..3 weeks off..etc.. or 2weeks..etc etc.. i'd say step it up gradually,, u could push it to 100mcg...but only if that is comfortable, you can get great results at 60mcg's.
Make sure u step it up slowly though.. 20 to 40 to 60..etc
