well if your not lookin for a bulkin cycle you could try test p and winny alot of guys like that for a cuttin cycle... sust and deca will be more of a bulkin cycle do to water retention and the muscle building quality of both compounds... test prop has little water retention and is still good for building mass and the winny will help with strength and hardening you up but diet will have to be on point to cut up that would be the main stay of the cycle as for a pct a basic nolva clomid and your choice of AI would do you fine

test p week 6-8 75-100 mg ed/eod
winny week 6-8 50 mg ed/eod(ed prefered i believe)
