    Question Clen before Test E for cutting?????

    Ok guys I need your opinions/advice. Currently I'm 5'9 177 lbs about 13% body fat. My ultimate goal is to put on about 10lbs of lean muscle while cutting my body fat down to about 6 or 7%. I'm not looking to get extremely huge. Both my diet and workout routines are in check. It just seems that I've plateaued. So my question should I run a clen cycle before i start my Test E cycle, or should i run my Test E cycle then run my clen cycle during PCT. Also is it even possible to run Test E and not pack on like 30 and forty pounds. Some people i talked to told me it is as long as i do lighter weight, higher reps. Any advice will be appreciated.     i doubt youll put on 30-40 pounds on a test only cycle even if you ate like mo fo, prob 10-15 more like

    ok thats good to know. it just when i was reading some of the post of peoples results, they kind of freaked me out. 200 lbs on a 5'9 body wouldn't suit me all that much lol.

    first off dont expect to cut from 13% to 6-7% off of one cycle. that is going to take a while. now it all about diet. how you eat controls your results. look into the deit forum and you will see good examples of cutting diets. as far as the clen goes you can run it anytime you choose to. it would be more wise to run it after your cycle because whats the point of using it then losing it when you start your cylce.

    well 200 pounds that only a 23 pound weight gain you said you weigh 177?
    when i said the weight gain wasnt likely i meant likely for you after looking at your stats, 177 pounds with a sound diet im guessing you dont put on weight easily, tbh if i was you id do the test cycle then pct then see where you upto with your body then make a decision whether you start a cutting cycle, thats usually the rules bulk then cut.
