im taking 800mg of sustanon and 300mg of tren per wk.. how much milk thistle to take?

1 175 mg capsule twice per day..morning n evening...jarrow formulas is a better company choice..

try alpha lipoic acid and nac too...

ala- 100mgs twice per day, nac 600 mgs twice per day
