It is best to split the dose up during the day.

You proposed method should work just fine.

In my current cycle, I peaked at 40 MG per day.

What I did was take 5 MG in the morning (I had some 5 MG dbol's in addition to the **'s), 10 MG at lunch and then 25 MG (**'s) 2.5 hours before my workout.

I always take the largest part of the dose *before* I lift at the gym.
