Personally I take two..pre & post workout, & the right amount really depends on the person, My goal is to get 200 grams of protein a day but i ended up taking less ..anyway supposedly your protien intake should be as much as your weight.
example: Power_of_youth weight: 195 lbs = 195 grams of protein
