Yeah, I would put you closer to 13-14%. Chest does need some work but the wheels look good for your current size.

It was late last night, but here are some full body shots so you get an idea of proportionality. Any insight/suggestions would be appreciated as I approach the cycle start date.

IMO i look bottom heavy and I think I need to strengthen my core and upper body. I love doing legs though, and that will not change.

We need you to repost without the black boxes to check for proportionality

I don't foresee that happening, those black boxes aren't underwear! LOL! I took the pics like that since i didn't have some briefs, so i made my photo shop thong. U get the idea of proportionality.

Quads look good, definitely a strong point for you, but hams and glutes seem to be lacking. Keep at the squats. Put some junk in that trunk.

Upper body is nicely proportioned. Good solid foundation.

P.S. That damned dorm furniture! Is EVERYONE here in college?

Thanks, I don't think my glutes are small, but u cant really see that, my gf says i got plenty of junk in my trunk, but i aint trying to show some ass shots...lol.
Hamstrings aren't as fun to work imo, i would rather squat than do a straight-leg deadlift anyday.
PS i hit 370 the other week for 1 full rep. I do 315 for 6.

If your not feeling it in your hams when your squatting then your form is off and chances are you are killing your knees....just thought i would throw that in
