personally your BF is a bit high you might not be impressed with gains. IF you started fine your next one has to be a cutter. I thought guys here were nuts then i dropped my BF and realized.
** sorry edit a bit overestiame but next time drop some BF% and cycle. usually mid to low teens you will see it alot more.
get to 14-19 before you cycle youll notice the results more.
however building lean mass is the best way IMO to drop. so get more muscle mass (dont confuse weight its not all lean mass your gonna gain on this cycle)
then start to cut up.
