yes its almost crystal clear, my diet is good, lots of protein 6 times daily, whey protein twice a week, fruit and as much vegetables as I can stand, multivitamins everyday. 500mg per week super test 300 mg per week EQ. last time I did test was 400 mg per week, mexican stuff- super test 400 gained 20 pounds kept about 15, felt like a donkey kick when injected, this stuff -no pain at all, have actually lost a couple of pounds this time, but I had to reduce protein intake on account of gut starting to grow. EQ does seem to make me lose weight but shouldn't when taken with 500mg test
