    Those knots in the delts can take a full week to go away, I wouldnt worry about it too much for now. I am sure using a 5/8ths needle didnt help matters much either. That is a really shallow depot no matter where you choose to inject.
    Great base to work from, looking forward to watching the results.

    wow thanks. So shallow shots will cause more soreness and/or swelling? I'm glad to hear something positive about my situation. Sounds like you have had some experience with some of those knots. Well thanks again!

    Incline side crunch W/ 45lbs DB: 20,20,20
    Side twist machine: 30,25,25,20
    Incline bench trunk twist W/35 DB: 30,30,30

    Barbell Shrug: Warmup: 135,135,225
    Working: 315x12, 365x12, 405x11, 315x10
    Reverse Shrugs: 225x12, 275x8, 225x12
    Incline DB shrugs: 85x10, 85x10

    Barbell Flat Bench: Warmup: 45x30, 135x20, 135x12, 225x8
    Working: 275x12(true failure), 295x6, 275x9, 225x12
    Barbell Inlcine: 185x12, 195x12, 225x10
    weird rip off hammer strength machine: 185x15, 225x6
    DB Pullovers: 100x10, 100x10, 100x8

    20 min cardio on bike- All cardio I keep a 130-140 beats per min heart rate.



    Afternoon I took my 200mg test shot to my right shoulder this time. My left shoulder swelling has completely healed. My right quad injection site is still sore. I used a 23g 1.5" needle this time on my shoulder. went down to about 1.25" on the injection. My Body weight is down about 3-4 pounds. Most likely because I've been backing off the creatine and supps. I still take "anabolic halo" for post workout recovery.

    On Tuesday, June 10th, I did some legs. As usual I started with hamstrings because of my hamstring problems. I do them first to work on getting them stronger to keep from pulling. I did 3 sets of standing leg curls, then went to a half laying, half standing leg curl machine and on the second set, I was doing 10 reps, I had a small pop in my hamstring behind my knee. Usually I pull it up in the meat of my hammy. This irritates the **** out of me, so I finished legs with 4 sets of hack squats and 4 sets of extensions, then 2 different exercises for calf and got out. I didn't keep track of anything. I was annoyed.

    On monday i injected into my right shoulder. Like every other injection, it is sore. All my injections have been staying sore for about 5-6 days. Today I didn't workout. since tuesday, I have been feeling fatigued, achy, and have a headache. I've been sleeping a lot to try and get better. I forgot to mention on monday, after my test injection, I had to go get a mandatory vericella (chicken pox) vaccine for this EMT course I'm taking. So I'm not sure if my symptoms are from the vaccine or if it is that so called "test flu". Maybe a combo of both. Whatever I feel like tomorrow, I'm definitely going to start back up with shoulders/arms. Tomorrow is also my next 200mg shot.

    you are looking great man, solid base. Back is spot on

    One thing - try shooting in the ass - trust me - the least painful of the lot. Quads at a ****ing nightmare - sore as hell
