    New guy from tarheel state

    Guys I joined this site for advice. Im 34 natural been lifting for about 10 years. Recent back surgery took me out for about 2 years but getting back into the swing of things. Currently 5'11" 220lbs would like to cut some fat and increase muscle, but hey who wouldnt. Never run a cycle and not sure if I ever will.. Any way thats about it
