Stupid Letro Question

I bought Lions Letro for some itchy nips. Before my letro arrived I took Nolva to relieve the problem. Now I want to run Letro for the final 2wks of my cycle to prevent this from coming back. Im planning on taking .25mg/day. Is the Letro run sublingual or just ingested?

dude it will take at least two weeks for it to even start working. Anyway, yeah just spray it on the back of your throat and ingest
