I started my liquid clen 4 days ago. It is some good stuff bro. I have all those wonderfull sides.... The shakes are the best, people think I am on heroin. As for the cycle I am trying the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Then next I am going to try the 2 day/1day. Only way to see which one is better for sure is try them both for yourself. Know what I mean. As for lifting if you are trying to lose some BF then you should go lighter with higher reps. Or you can still try to go heavy but I have a hard time going heavy whenever I start to cut down. My diet and the extra cardio doesn't support it. Always seem to lose a little strength and my joints feel like shit. Those are my thoughts.

Pain
