    I am only 5'7 212lbs..., and i have been eating over 5000cal a day for the last 12wks and i didnt get fat......In fact, i gained a lot of muscle and lost about 4% bf in the process......IT ALL COMES DOWN TO DIET!!!!!!!

    doesn't matter if you are on AS or not; if your diet is for sh!t you won't gain!!!!

    but it is obvious that you are not going to listen to what everyone has told you the problem is so I suggest you do what ever it is you want to do and stop asking for advise,

    also, i would probably say that you drink a fair amount of beer - i know I did at 21.

    oh and since you don't eat any carbs, don't expect to put on much weight either.

    Had the same problem, stick with skinless bonless chicken, tuna and lean steak for most of your protein and it'll be all good... also limit your fat intake and work on your routine.. there might be a problem there too, my advice is to check out mikexxl's lean bulking diet and use one of the sample routines on this fourm for a couple of months and you will see progress.. I was in the same boat when I came to this site and all the hazing got me to work on my diet and I've gained 8lbs all natty since May.. almost glad I got scammed buying from a source online
