you all tip your servers good right? 3$ on a 23 dollar check is not good!!!

I leave a 5$ min no matter what. Obviously it increases as the bill increases.

personally i think its BS to 'expect' a tip.

any other job you're in (minus a few) dont get tips. Hell i dont get tips for driving a forklift and helping people. Seems arrogant to expect a tip from someone.

Yes, I get 3.13 an hour and get taxed on my tips so it equates to 0-1.00 an hour. My paychecks are 30 bucks every two weeks. I expect your tip!
I do provide good service, i try to make you happy. I just think tipping at a rest. is necessary. Otherwise go to Burger King. They dont tip there! LOL!
