    I do agree as stated above a criminal is a criminal with or with out a gun. If it's not a guy they use to kill it will be a knife stick brick or something.

    Guns are easy to point at to be the problem. Look at the people using them. They are out of control (Cops).

    I was making a Libertarian pro 2nd Amendment argument against even having to register guns or get a permit to buy them. Having to obtain a permit implies that you need "permission" to exercise a RIGHT. I dont know of any other circumstance where a person needs a permit in order to exercise a right.
