i know some guys were at you about diet but guess what there rite. From the last diet you posted i would up your cals possibly another meal 5 seems a bit low, get rid of the whey isolate any other time than PWO its garbage otherwise if you like shakes try casein its much better.
If your cutting shoot for about 400-450 cals a meal nomore (x 6 would give you a range of 2400-2700)
i dont know what supplements you take but BCAA's and Glutamine work very well whilst cutting to maintain LBM.
