    i cant believe people take time off the gym for no reason at all. you dont even need a gym. i havent had a gym membership in years. all ive got is a set of dumbells. consistancy is more important than anything, stop being so ****in lazy and earn that name 'freak'. ha-****in-zeuse.

    LOL I work till 3 in the morning and i HAVE to go to the gym after work or i just can't get to sleep: therefore i'm up all night, feel like sh*t the next day, so on and so forth. It spirals downward. That doesn't mean i WANT to go everynight though. Sometimes i have to go home, hop online and surf the posts a little, i don't know what it is but there's something about this site that's like listening to Eye Of The Tiger or something. You guys are the biggest motivation to me and i don't even know a single one of you!
