    Anti-Social

    I became a member of this site almost a year ago after being a regular 'guest' for about 6 months. I posted a diet and got some great feedback (and better results than I've ever previously acheived). I had the usual newbie questions and asked a few. I'm on here most everyday either for workout or diet questions or just for some inspiration from you guys. Which I always find btw. There's such a wealth of information and experience compiled on these pages that if I have a question, all i have to do is search around a little and the answer is always there. I've rarely even found it necessary to ask. That said, reading everyone elses posts and sort of 'getting to know' many of you, I thought what the hell, even if i don't have any questions i can at least chit-chat a little and make a few friends. This site has a loyal following of some damn good people. Your devotion and passion keeps me working hard when i otherwise wouldn't. So I quit being the anti-social wall-flower officially, and i guess the Lounge is a good place to do it! HI EVERYBODY!

    Very cool guys, I don't even know why i don't post much, most people would say i never shut up. It just bugs me when i see new guys ask the same questions over and over. Especially when i've just spent the time looking up the answer to the same questions lol. But i give u guys props because i know you've put time into helping them out every time the same shit comes up. I wouldn't have the patience lol.
