You should start dating more, not just the girls you are totally into. Lower your standards, be around more women. It sounds like you've been with one girl, and you refuse to date another girl unless she is of the standard you would marry her. But, you're neverous around girls that high caliber, so you don't get those girls anyway. You need to get with a few girls to take the edge off, or at least spend more time around girls so you chill out.

Well, you being you is making you unhappy. It's time to shake things up a bit. Balance is key. Party's are fun, funny shit happens, girls go to them to have a good time. But, don't go looking for a girl, go to have fun. Drink water if you must, but drink a beer and you'll look more the part and it might loosen you up a bit. I get the impression you may be a little anti-social off the message boards. That's prolly why you have a strong urge to have a girl on lockdown rather than go out and meet them.

Not really bro. I've been in a "frat" for over 2 years now. No one has ever made me drink a single drop of alcohol. Being in a fraternity has also really helped me in the social department as well. Which is something it seems like you really need to work on.
Trust me when I say that being in a fraternity is nothing like how it is in the movies. I've made some of the best friends that I have ever had. I was never hazed (within reason of course), never made to drink, although I did like to have a couple drinks every now and then. I had a few brothers that didn't drink, but they still had a great time at our social events.
And don't worry about anyone trying to **** with you. No one ****ed with me (or any of my pledge brothers for that matter), and I'm only 5'4" at 180lbs. I'm pretty sure you're bigger than me.
When fall rush comes around, check them out! They'll all have their ass kissing shoes on, but in a way it's good because it'll get you to open up and make new friends, who just so happen to know plenty of girls.

Exactly what I was trying to say bulldawg, I wasn't in a frat but had many friends who were. They had a great time, I was involved in some sports and clubs and that helped me meet close friends. Ruhl needs to find something to balance his life.
