ok guys I will be starting DNP in about a week and been doing research on a good diet, the only thing i get is 33% ratio carb, fats, protien there are no meal plans posted anywhere so I am looking for anyone that done this diet and could share some meal plans with me... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

dnp is pretty hardcore stuff i personally would never touch it. I think Clen would be a better choice but thats just me.

I already ran clen/t3 for 6 weeks and got good results but someone gave me 30 200mg DNP pills for free. I know its dangerous if not used right but I will start with low doses and not go over 200mg a day plus using all the extra supplements like vitamin e, glycerol, potassium citrate, and so on and LOTS and LOTS of water. So iam gonna give it a try and see what happens and if i dont like it i will stop.Originally Posted by redz

600mg x 7 days ramping up and down
200mg 14 days (liked this the best, bumped to 400mg every 4th day)
200mg eod 7 days..
I find if i just stop eating anything that is white.. i lose the same amount of fat, and i don't feel like crap..

Yea its not 14 boys and 11 girls its one of each and 14 and 11 are there ages!!! When i re read that post it kinda looked like i was sayin i have 14 boys and 11 girls.....I would shoot myself if that was the case
