i know but the only other gyms in my area are either smaller then mine. or LA fitness or ballys. and i cant stand those 2. so i gotta look around see if any other gyms are hiding out

theres a planet fitness right down the street. but i stopped in and their dumbbells only go up to 80lbs!!! WTF!!

theres actually a YMCA down the street and their gym is very nice. big, lots of weights, and machines. but my ex fiance goes there. that wouldnt be good. she would stab me if i showed up there. hehe

my gym is starting to get on my nerves. i never see anyone deadlift or squat. never! ive been there for a year and half. never ever seen anyone.. wait, i saw some chick doing squats one day with more then i can squat. but that was once.

so i was doing deadlifts yesterday and these punks were watching me cuz i was a getting a little loud but so what. im not that loud and obnoxious. so these guys were watching me like i wasnt supposed to be doing them. and we only have one squat rack in the gym and some kid was there doing barbell curls so i had to take a bar from a bench and stand behind him ( my gym is small. not alot of room) in order to deadlift. so he got all annoyed cuz i was behind him slammin the weights and huffin and puffin.

on top of that. im maxing out on all the cable machines for reps. so i dont have any room to move up now. i have to change my whole routine up to free weights. and they are not even enough. the dumbbells only go up to 100 lbs and im benching them like cake. so over all, im gettin fed up.
