I agree. Also what if she cant afford it. Plus she rents and isnt their all the time. It will be on your property and makes your value go up. Why should they pay for that. What if they dont like the style you pick

I was talking to the landlord....cause thats make sense, I wasnt talking to the renter.....that will be stupid
