    Spot Injecting/Abs and Biceps

    What up my peeps!

I have been working on my abs alot but just cant seem to get them HARD, I have heard of some spot injecting in the stomach to increase the muscles and tighten the abs. I remember reading up on HELIOS?

    Anyone got advise?

Also, How dangerous or complicated is it for spot injecting in the BICEPS? MY Genetics arent those of a beast and I have trouble getting my byceps to muscle up, my tri's out weight by bi's.

    Any advise here as well?

    Thanks!

if i were you i wouldnt mess around with spot injecting unless you got someone injecting you who knows what they are doing. stick to your ass. inexperience in injecting into delts, bi's, etc.. is dangerous

Bi's arent that bad, but its accepted that its not a good idea to inject the abdominal region.

helios is a fat loss supplement, are you referring to spot injecting that into your bi's? or were you referring to AAS? what?

first off spot injecting isn't hard at all, no different than pinning anywhere else if you know WHERE to inject and HOW...think ASPIRATE!

and spot injecting AAS will do nothing for your bi's except add some size due to swelling and scar tissue...

helios by the way is shot sub q, which there is nothing to. go ahead and shoot helios sub q in the abs if you know what your doing and how much to take.

spot injecting in your bi's and tri's wont make your arms grow any larger then if you shot in your glutes, thats not the way it works.

In all my years on this board, I think ive heard of it done once. Not only is it painful as shit, you risk going right through the abdominal wall and into the stomach cavity, which is why no one does it.

best said Jiggaman. Your abdominal wall is a lot thinner then most think. Go ahead and stick a 1" needl in and let me know what happens. Not really that great of an idea.

Also spot injecting does not work except for possible swelling due to having oil in the area which dissipates over time.

Yeah, Looking at Helios for stomach only....Ive heard of your technique of sub-q for fat loss. But was sure if this actually make the stomach harder or not. I been successfull in flattining the stomach but the muscles just dont harden. Its like I would have to be a twig to see a six pack.... im 6'2. 230lbs. 12% fat and its all stomach.

As for the bi's, i have read on a thread before that a gent had used a specific AAS that was ment for spot injecting in bi's to help them swell muscle. I understand of the diff in shooting gluts or arms with something like Tren or Winn, it deff dont matter. But for some reason I thought there was a actuall sup that is used only for Spot Injecting????

Yes i know he was looking at helios wich is subQ.

What we mentioned was in reference to any AAS shot IM which shouldnt be done. (need to make it clear if he was thinking anything else)

dont forget your abs need rest to dont work them everyday. They are a small muscle so you can get away with a couple times a week. Dont forget you can work your abs forever but if your BF isnt low then you wont see them anyway. Try some heavy cardio mixed in with your strength training.

I inject into my Biceps, always have, never injected anywhere else!

Its easy, just watch out for the main vein and you should be fine, once you get through the skin, it slides through like butter, dont worry about it!

    Spot injecting does not work.
