i could be wrong because i have never used anything like that but i cant imagine that they would legally sell something to you that you must run something that is not legal

no its think its short for methy1 testostrone. its a banned substance anyway and av been told i need a pct to get my estrogen levels back to normal

It's a prohormone, and yes you will need pct. Just a basic nolva/clomid pct would suffice, I'll move this to the pct section. Do a bit of research there, good pct protocols are listed.
