yeah im thinking 2 months heavy cutting like im doing then chill for a month with just a simple cutting diet, then back for 2 more months heavy cutting that should give me enough time to come back and get on, going to give tren a go round and i cant wait!!!

lift 3 days and do 45 min steady state post workout and on my two days not lifting during the week i do 30 min HIIT

eliptical one day, exercise bike another, maybe try the rowing maching...my favorite
your body gets efficent at one type of cardio if you always do the same, it might help to switch it up.

You'll be amazed how quick you get winded on the rowing machine, you use every muscle in your body, form is key,
don't go forward past where your knees make a 90 degree angle
don't drive with your legs and back at the same time, finish your movement with the legs and then extend with your back.
Set the timer for a certain amount of time and try to beat the number of meters you complete the next time.
sweet, so drive back with legs then complete with extending the back, but dont go furthur than letting your knees create a 90 degree angle. not sure if i can do 45 min of that shit or not lol

you'll build up to it though, I do an hour once in awhile. I call it an hour of power. The big number on the display should tell you how fast you'll complete 500 meters. For you it should be a number like 2:10. The harder and faster you go, the lower the number
