possible infection or didnt go in deep enough and did it like a subQ injection or went in to deep and got underneath the muscle..is it hot, does he have a fever, does it hurt worse than normal?

well, i assume he is pinning the quad correct??? if so it sounds like he got 2 deep and went under the muscle as duggado mentioned, wat length pin is he using ?
