hey guys, im currently about 152 pounds and ive been training for a while i used to train a lot but than i got injured and broke my collarbone so i was out for a few months and now ive been back it, ive been thinking about using some steroids down the road sometime for the past little while but dunno what to get and how much. I'm currently 152 pounds and about 5'11, ive hit my growing peak because i look like everybody else in my family and i havent grown a inch for god knows how long. I am currently on Muscle juice and Cell mass. my current diet looks like this.
Morning:
3 Egg whites, 2 toasts on whole wheat, and a bowl of special K serial
2 hours later:
a serving of Muscle Juice
Lunch:
ham and turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with veggies.
2 hours later:
a serving of Muscle Juice
Dinner:
Chicken with Rice
Training:
after training a serving of cell mass
1 hour and a half later:
Serving of muscle juice and Chicken Strips.
Any suggestions on diet or cycles and what to get and what not to get would be very appreciated.
