Sustanon 250 - Wasted?

Ive been shooting sus at 250 every 3.5 days but just read a few threads that say it should be shot ed.

Also, I just started a cycle of Anavar at 60mgs a day. Should I space this out every 4 hrs at 20 mgs a piece.

you are fine twice a week, ideally you want eod or ed.

you didnt blow all your sust but you can get 100x better results shooting it every day
that being said if you only want to shoot e3.5d then grab enan or cyp next time

var- yes, the more often you can do any substance in low quantities the better off you will be- even blood levels

youre ok..i know plenty of ppl that shoot every 3 days and are fine (including myself)
