    Loss of Appetite

    hey guys for the past few months have had a major loss in appetite and been losing weight rapidly i lost 10kg in 2months this is ridiculous. i have done 2 cycles in the past and not lookin at cycling again happy with my size my question is i want to get my appetite back i dnt feel like eating dr says its depression which is nonsence ben taking anti depressants but hasnt helped with appetite you guys can recommend anything??

    i an score my self some e.q but i dont want to use aas. i have done 2 cycles in the past and thats enough

    Try to take vitamin B-Complex, it will boost your appetite.
    The B group is very helpful with that.

    First, make sure you dont have something terribly wrong with you. Second, try switching your anti-depressant like remeron (mirtazapine) or any of the others that include the side-effect of extreme weight gain, and come back and tell me you are having trouble eating.
