Go for surgery i think it s the best option but i would give a try to C_BINO protocol first "How to get ride of gyno" with letrozole, i did it in past it worked but the lump was still there.
I m gonna do letrozole cycle once again to remove that as much as i can before to ask for surgery if it doesn t work as well as expected.

The lump is not noticeable in my case but it bothers me to have a tiny tumor under my nipple.

Blood Test advised & if you plan to cycle testosterone again use letrozole as recommend "C_Bino" until your lump disappear.

Whats natty test levels? Is this my testosterone levels and if so does the doctor do that or how is it done? The thought of surgery scares the shit out of me and if my family knew i had taken steriods id be in a lot of trouble. Its not really noticable unless your looking for it. im afraid to stop tamoxifen incase it gets bigger. If i stop tamoxifen and it doesnt get any bigger will the pain go away, its serious sore like i cant sleep on it.

Gyno can occur naturally so your family wont automatically think you've been on steroids,
and as for the surgery read this thread about a member here who has had the surgery.
