anyway, barbie..why are you starting a cycle so soon? if youve had months off the gym your gains are gonna be steady for at least the next 8 weeks natty..imo you should have waited and put on some muscle before hitting any sauce..that being said, for being out of the gym you still look good. everything still has some shape to it and im sure will respond very well now that you're back training and eating well again. good luck with your training/cycle.

Well that, and as well as i'm going to be updating my progress. I can never tell if I am getting any gains. Other people can tell no problem. I can't though. Plus, any suggestions or advice would be nice.
