I THINK you have a fairly good base to build on... and its not like your looking for massive gains.. just 5-10 as you said... IMO.. test and dbol would be something ideal for you.. test e 1-10 or 1-12.. (250mg-500mg) and week 1-4 or 6... of dbol 25-50mg... and then pct... that cycle should put on a good 5-15 lbs depending on diet.. possibly more... and you will probably keep 5-10 lbs... but just wait for more opinions...good luck.
