    Important A-dex question

I am bumping up my dosage of arimidex because of bloat issues on test e cycle. How long does it take to kick in...when will the bloat start to decrease?

Everyones different. Last time around it worked in about 4-5 days for me then by about 10 days I stopped taking it as the bloat was gone. Also try lowering your sodium intake and drinking alot more water. Its hard to drink too much water its good for you!

.50. I really haven't had a problem with bloat before. I guess my sodium intake is too high as well. I am thinking of bumping to 1mg for a while and take in more water

.5 should be enough. most people run even lower, like .25

But bumping to 1mg for a while, say 10 days, can't hurt, right?

whats your cycle? 1 mg. could lower your estrogens too much.. for a normal cycle, .50 ed is a more than enough, and by the way, you could lower the water retantion with a-dex, but if you are prone to it, taking test e, you are going to retain no matter how much adex you take, if your diet isnt right.

That and watching my sodium intake. My legs and feet feel a bit bloated. I need to pay more attention to my water intake. It should go away in a few days

more water actually helps in most cases. it helps flush out the sodium and other ions that may cause increased retention.

lol yes, and you can actually die from too much water. but it would take a LOT in a very short period of time. as the sodium gets flushed out too much the cells kinda "reverse osmosis" and take in too much water, in an attempt to balance the sodium levels, eventually the cells take in too much water, and burst. O.o
