i agree especially if all you eat are shakes and bars. losing the weight is great, but i can't see how that is healthy, especially over an extended period of time. i would think if you can stick to a strict diet of real food, you could easily continue to lose weight and still take in around 2000 calories.
after the 4 months, do you have more recent stats? like what your bf dropped to compared to what your free fat mass/ water weight dropped to? because such an extreme diet has to be burning more than just fat
