I'm running... sus 500/week and deca 400/week

i don't do any cardio...and my workouts are heavy 6-8 reps.

for back and legs 8- 10

this morning..

i had oatemal

fried eggs and chick peas

a banana

mid morning..

i willl have 3 5 oz chicken breasts.

the juice is good..i know it's working cuz i look more muscular and bigger
but my weight has dropped..that's really frikken odd.

I guess it's cutting the fat but damn!
