    You don't play the .rar file, its a compressed file just like .zip. Download Winrar from http://rarsoft.com/download.htm install it and that will allow you to open the .rar file and the movie will be inside that file. Extract the movie which will be a .mp4 to where you want and then open it with quicktime.

    Mannnn, this is such a good documentary! Freakin whole world should watch it so steroid users could be left the hell alone.
