i did a cycle of test 250mg/wk, tren 200mg/wk, deca 250mg/wk before i knew anything good.
sensitive nipples, not a big deal
as for my real/educated cycles, never do them without letro, no nipple problems ever

adex works too!!! Start with .5mgs and go from there. Letro might be better with tren tho.

Upwards of 100mg/ED of trenbolone acetate coupled with over 1g of testosterone enanthate was the only cycle ever to yield any kind of gynecomastia for me.
There isn't one set answer to your question about dosages...Everyone is different.
I, for example, am more predisposed to progesterone induced gynecomastia than traditional estrogen gynecomastia.
Just keep an adequate supply of bromocriptine handy and you should be alright if things go astray.
