I am I always try out different weight sets until I find the one that its heavy but at the same time I wont trun purple for trying to hard. I think I have been doing pretty good with the 15, 20, 25 weight plates so far.... I just wanted to get a 5 pound dumbell and throw it at him in his mouth so he could shut up.

I'm slowly creeping up on my regular workouts. Been taking it slow since the hernia surgery on the 15th, Benching like 150 lb's and curling 30 lbs, over head press at 100lbs. In a way I don't mind it cause I'm doing more reps and getting great pumps, but my ego is all up in my head telling me people are looking at you lifting tiny weghts and so on. Fukk it, its all in my head, I get really pumped during my workout and thats what its all about.

See thats what I think too.... I see all these guys with huge sets of weights lifting and shit and here I am with my 20 pound dumbells doing my alternates lol... I just turn around to the wall so I dont see anyone lol.

I hate when people in the gym stand right in front of me so I can't look in the mirror, I do it mostly to see my form and also a little vanity there too. Its usually the young newbs that do it. I get their attention and motion for them to move, nobody had taught them proper gym ettiquette. I feel compelled to say something to them. If there's only 10 guys in the whole gym why you gotta block my fukking view.

YEs, I know what you are talking about.... there is this one guy that went and you can see he was a newbie like me.... there was this guy using a bench he went to get some water then came back to see the newbie using the bench im like shit I would of told him to get the fvck up and leave lol.... but that is just me I can be mean and rude and blunt at times.

Im a newbie but I get my weight and try to go somewhere alone since im still shy about people watching me lift and being chubby.
