due to the halflife of clen, i follow the 2 weeks protocol. see what works best for you. there was also another good method posted up a few days ago in the educational threads that might help lower the risk of experience side effects.

this is from another post of mine.

Therapeutic dose (20, 40 and 80 micrograms/man) of clenbuterol hydrochloride, a beta 2-adrenergic stimulant, was orally administered to healthy volunteers, and the unmetabolized drug in plasma and urine was determined by enzyme immunoassay. The plasma levels of clenbuterol reached the maximum value of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.35 ng/ml, respectively, in a dose-dependent manner within 2.5 h, which lasted for over 6 h after the administration. The half-life of clenbuterol in plasma was estimated to be about 35 h. When the drug was orally administered repeatedly to men twice a day, the plasma level reached the plateau within 4 d after the initial administration. At that time, the plasma levels of the unchanged form were 0.2 to 0.3 ng/ml and 0.5 to 0.6 ng/ml at doses of 20 and 40 micrograms/man, respectively. The bound ratio of the drug to plasma protein was estimated to be 89-98% at a single administration of 80 micrograms of the drug. The cumulative urinary excretion of unchanged compound corresponded to about 20% of the administered dose as measured at 72 h following a single oral administration.

clen is way over-rated, take it till you can't handle any more, come off when you become tolerant to high doses. Caffine doesn't get enough credit and isn't tried in high doses by most. Try 3,000mgs. of caffine only ed for 4 weeks and you'll see what I mean. The withdrawels are hell though

Regardless of who's right or wrong (which though I'd like to comment on, is much more involved than it seems, and therefore a topic for another thread) half-lives have no bearing on the ACTUAL question because it is not one of dosing frequency which they directly govern, but rather of administration duration. As we've seen in numerous posts, threads, articles, handbooks, profiles and websites there are a variety of preferences on the matter all of which permit the chemical to work, but as cited in the profile only one can be OBJECTIVELY considered "best" and similar to the uninterrupted usage of aas cycling, that is "continuous administration" along with intermittent receptor upregulating/cleansing via a histamine antagonist.

See "Clenbuterol Profile" for greater detail.

my wife has used clen meny times and she did try the 2 on 2 off but found it had no affect on her so she went with the 2 weeks on 2 weeks of and found the results to be a much better option doing it that way,she also had very little sides! but it is down to you to find which works best.if you dont feel any of the sides on 2 days on/off then maybe give the 2 weeks on/off a go like has been said you can always stop taking it if the sides are to much? ether way good luck
