thank you, I've been waiting for someone to point this out. I never understood these blended, over-priced, substances. And even with a lot of knowledge don't really know how it can be ran effectively. I just don't get it, its a really shitty mix of schedules

i take it and everything seems fine. besides the nuts shrinking some and the few pimples i havent had any side effects but have gotten results
