woman ready to make a serious change

I gained alot of extra weight after the second child. I eat right and work out 5 days a week. This includes cardio. I see no change. I am a thick girl dont mistake that with fat. Yeah I know I have fat. Heres the deal, I want to start cycling to start to see definition. Does anyone know what women can use as a first cycle just to boost some cutting and toning along with my diet and excercise?

also posting your stats, diet, and overall goals would help. I want to cut and tone too, and right now I'm on a clen and var cycle. But we need to know where you're at to give advice.

there are quite a few people here that train women so if you post your stats someone will be happy to help you. remember, all the drugs in the world wont do a thing though if your diet and cardio are not in line

I am 5'4 and 180 lbs. I am right now starting back on the jenny craig diet because I did well on it once before. I want to lose 50 lbs but also I still have muscle under all the fat for I can see it some. I talk to several people that give me advice on how to work out and what is best but I truely have no clue. I do cardio, and rotate muscle workouts.

get your estrogen in check, it is out of bounds more than likely just having a child there are drugs. Also, ephedrine, caffine, and aspirin(ECA Stack). Also Adipex, clen, adderal, and if youre really nuts, DNP. Lord god though not at the same time. Research everything. Most of these drugs above will keep your diet in check even if youre not willing. Drink lots of water. Take vitamins. And try to eat something so you don't pass out.

    OK guys give me hell

    DO SOME RESEARCH ON CLENBUTEROL.
its non-hormonal and women respond very well to it.

So, despite several trusted members giving this woman advice on diet/cardio/training and to stay away from synthetics, you feel the need to share clenbuterol.

    WTF? Think before you post.

    ^^Seriously!!

    FORGET ALL DRUGS!

Right now I dont care what you may think, there is no way you are "eating right." Jenny Craig is not an education in diet, you just pay for portion control. You need to educate yourself and learn how to diet properly.

Its what you put into your body vs what you burn that will dictate your physic.

Sure paid diets and drugs will blanket your fat problem but the fast results will not last. You know this already. Eventually, you will run into health issues and adverse side effects. You need to educate yourself on how, when, what and why you eat the foods that will allow you to have the body you want for life.

Great advice... just clean up the diet, and do tons of cardio and you should be set in no time.

clean up about 40 to 50 pounds on your own by strict diet and excersie and then consider to cycle. You can still get a lot of info on this site on how to do that though.
